- The price above are only for private use commissions. Commercial use will be charged 2x of total price. Details on both uses are available in Terms of Service.- Additional characters will be charged 1.5x base price, with maximum of 3 people.- Any more additional characters in a bigger scale of illustration will need to be discussed further (see Terms of Services).- Solid backgrounds with one color will be given free for paintings without BG order. Color selection can be requested.- Background dominant illustration means that the scale of the character(s) are rather smaller or not focused in the entire illustration so that it is not detailed as much. The price will be determined after the sketch composition is agreed.- The entire progress and revision details are all available in the Terms of Service.- Background prices started from Rp250k or $30 depending on the complexity.- I don't provide background works for BW Threshold Art and Chibi.

Terms of Service

Hello! Thank you for visiting this page as a part of learning about the terms that are automatically active if you wish to commission me. "I" will refer to Sarah Nakama | Hyuna and "you" will refer to the commissioner/client.Any kind of acts and thoughts that are contradictory to this Terms of Services should serve as a consideration for you to not make a request for a commission.If you have any question, you may email me or send me a DM through my social media account.

A. GENERALS1. I retain the copyright to every commissioned artwork.
2. I will not claim the Intellectual Property (IP) for every commissioned artwork.
3. I do not give any permission and consent for my art to be used in AI generators or NFT.
4. Permission of publishing the commissioned artwork in my social media account(s) will be asked by me to the client through our discussion via e-mail. Clients must provide clear explanations for the reason of the given permission or the prohibition.
5. Clients have my permission to publish any commissioned artwork on their personal websites and social media platform with a credit to me.
6. I reserve the rights to put any commissioned artworks as a part of my private portfolio that is required in a work-related documentations needed for me to apply for a job to a company.
7. I reserve the rights to whether or not I will accept your commission due to any reasons happened to me.
8. I reserve the rights to be selective of any requests that is coming considering my own capabilities on whether or not I can deliver the results the best.
B. PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL USE1. Private use
1.1 Clients have my permission to use any commissioned artworks in places or conditions that is considered private and personal, such as personal desktop and phone wallpapers, personal account's profile picture and header, personal room decorations, gifts, and any other kinds of shapes or form that does not include any commercial profits gained for the client's own benefit (such as reselling).
1.2 Clients DO NOT have my permission to use any commissioned artwork as a mean to promote the client's own public appearance. Such permission will only be granted if the client requested the artwork in the beginning as commercial use, which will be explained in term B point 2.
1.3 Clients DO NOT have my permission to use any commissioned artwork in any kind of private portfolio that is used for applying for a job to a company.
2. Commercial use
2.1 Once clients requested a commission for commercial uses, clients will have my permission to use it for any public appearances, promotional, and commercial purposes as long as it is still following several other conditions that I put for the commissioned artwork itself.
2.2 Clients will have to agree to additional payment that is required to be able to use my artwork for their public appearances, promotions, and commercials.
2.3 In relation to the point 1.2, commissioned artwork that is requested for commercial use CANNOT be used by the clients for purposes that sabotages the fairness of other people's effort, such as participating in competition, applying for a job to a company, and any other similar condition where the artwork is used to determine the person's value to gain certain achievement(s).
2.4 Following the term A point 5, putting the statement of credits to me for commissioned commercial use artworks that is published by the clients are up for the clients to decide.
3. Types of Clients
3.1 The following types of clients are considered able to commission an artwork as Private:
1) individuals wanting to have my artwork as a personal merchandise;
2) individuals wanting to have my artwork as a gift on a non-profit occasion;
3) individuals with creative background works who are not using any of the artworks for promotions.
3.2 The following types of clients are considered as Commercial:
1) individuals or group wanting to have my artwork for promotional uses;
2) individuals registered in the name of a group or a company wanting to have my artwork as a part of a project that will eventually be used for gaining profit.

C. WORKING PROCESS1. Once the order is put on the waiting list, clients should expect to wait for around 1-2 days for me to reach you back via email for confirmation and additional discussion for the contents in the painting. Confirmation if I cannot deliver the commission to you will also be given in the email.
2. Clients are expected to provide the main references they wanted to add in the painting.
3. Once the initial discussions are done, sketches will be sent to the client for feedback within 7 days.
4. After the proposed sketches are agreed upon, I will start the rendering process for about 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the work itself.
5. Longer rendering time with maximum of 3 months and additional charges might be expected if the artwork requested in the initial discussion has a lot of details that are required to be included. This also includes the number of characters and/or items in the background.
6. During the rendering time, I will reach you back every once a week (or less) for feedback.
7. Revisions and additional details are welcomed as long as it does not requires me to change the majority of the work. Doing so will cost you more time and unfortunately additional charges.
8. If during the process clients are not responsive nor giving me feedbacks, once the painting is finished, I am not responsible if the finished result is considered unsatisfactory.
9. Only clients who paid for commercial uses may ask me for the PSD file.
10. Clients CANNOT request for faster time as the period above is the result of a long consideration based on my current condition and health.
D. PAYMENT1. Invoice will be given after I and the client are finished with the initial discussion through email.
2. Clients will be given the option of payments as such:
2.1 30%-20%-50% = Initial discussion - first sketch - coloring and rendering
2.2 Full upfront
3. All art that is given during the feedback phases will be on low size and watermarked.
4. Indonesian clients are open to pay through bank transfer (BCA).
5. International clients are preferred to order via VGen, or directly email me to [email protected]
E. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS1. If for any reason and conditions either me or the client decided to cancel the commission, a refund will be given based on the progress.
1.1 50% refund of the total price transferred will be given if the progress has reached the coloring and rendering.
1.2 70% refund of the total price transferred will be given if the progress has reached the sketches.
1.3 90% refund of the total price transferred will be given if the progress has just finished the initial discussion.
2. Finished artwork will not be given any refunds if in some ways the client considered it as unsatisfactory.
